Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven Senior BDM – Inside Sales to drive revenue growth by converting leads into enrollments for our academic programs (UG/PG/Certification courses). The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience in EdTech, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving targets.3+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development (preferably in EdTech). Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Experience in handling high-value ticket sales (₹50K – ₹2L+) is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
Qualifications
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into admissions/enrollments
- Counsel prospective students on courses, career outcomes, and program benefits
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead qualification → follow-ups → closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and working professionals
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead flow and conversions
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track daily performance metrics
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members (if required)
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and program changes
