Role Description
Skillofy_AI is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for a full-time remote role. The individual will drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, developing partnerships, and creating strategies to expand market reach. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, prospecting potential clients, leading negotiations, and nurturing long-term relationships to achieve revenue goals. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and enhancing business strategies to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in business development, client relationship management, sales, and lead generation.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with an ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strategic planning, market analysis, and problem-solving capabilities to identify growth opportunities and create appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in sales tracking and reporting to drive successful business outcomes.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proven experience in the edtech, technology, or training industries is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience of 8+ and 5+ in higher ed and 3+ in team handling
