Role Descriptin
This is a full-time, hybrid position for a Senior Business Development Manager – International Markets, based in Noida.
The role is focused exclusively on driving business growth across international regions (primarily North America, Europe, and other global markets). The individual will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and closing new business opportunities with overseas clients, particularly in the areas of AI solutions, custom software development, and dedicated engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing outbound and inbound sales strategies targeting international markets
- Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers (CXOs, Product Heads, CTOs) in global organizations
- Managing the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with international clients
- Collaborating with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions
- Negotiating commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements aligned with global standards
- Representing ScalaCode in international client interactions, virtual meetings, and global forums
- Staying updated with global technology trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
The role demands a strong understanding of cross-border business practices, cultural nuances, and international sales cycles.
Qualification
- Proven experience in international business development / global sales within IT services, software development, or AI solutions
- Strong track record of closing deals with clients in US, Europe, or other international markets
- Expertise in outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management for global accounts
- Hands-on experience with tools such as CRM, VoIP tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence international stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills in a cross-cultural environment
- Experience in selling services such as custom software development, AI/ML solutions, cloud, or dedicated remote teams
- Ability to work in overlapping time zones (US/Europe) as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
