About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to drive corporate and SME business growth in the commercial insurance segment. The role involves new client acquisition and strategic business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new Corporate & SME clients for commercial insurance solutions
• Drive business development, lead generation, and revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Schedule and conduct meetings with CXOs and senior stakeholders
• Manage and grow Group Medical Cover (GMC) portfolios, especially in Corporate & IT sectors
• Coordinate with insurers for competitive quotations and closures

Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in insurance broking / corporate sales
• Strong business development and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
• Graduate / MBA preferred
• IRDAI certification (or willingness to obtain)
