Salam Kisan and PRYM Aerospace together form one of India's leading agri-tech ventures — a vertically integrated stack spanning drone manufacturing and operations, a farmer app, an operator platform, a CRM-driven sales engine, and a growing portfolio of AI and data products. We're scaling fast through partnerships across satellite imagery, soil testing, payments, and rural distribution.
The role
We're hiring our first dedicated BD & Partnerships Lead. You'll own the partnership function end-to-end — sourcing, structuring, and closing deals, then driving them to live revenue alongside Product, Tech, Ops, and Marketing. This is a builder role with a direct line to the founder.
What you'll do
• Build the partnership engine — source, structure, and close partnerships across channel, distribution, tech, FPO, government, and international categories. Own MOUs, contracts, onboarding, and ongoing performance.
• Model the business and tell the story — build unit economics, P&Ls, and partnership revenue projections. Craft the pitch decks that win partners, customers, and tenders.
• Drive cross-functional execution — translate partner needs into product, tech, and ops asks. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with PMs, engineers, and ops leads to get partnerships live.
• Read the market — track the agri-tech, civil drone, and rural distribution landscape, including DGCA and government schemes. Spot white spaces before they become obvious.
• Own a P&L and KPIs — carry a partnership-driven revenue and margin number. Track partners signed, activated, leads/orders generated, revenue per partner, and contribution margin.
Who we're looking for
• 3–4+ years in BD, partnerships, strategy, or commercial roles — agri-tech, B2B SaaS, drone/AI, fintech, or rural-distribution backgrounds preferred.
• Track record of independently sourcing and closing deals that moved a real revenue or growth number.
• Strong on business modeling and on building decks that work at founder, board, and partner level.
• Comfortable working across Product, Tech, and Ops. Sharp written and verbal communication. Hindi and/or Marathi strongly preferred. Open to travelling across India.
