Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to own and scale enterprise logistics.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
- Own enterprise business growth and revenue generation across logistics solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, national accounts, and key stakeholders.
- Design scalable and customized logistics solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive strategic business expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with operations and fleet teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Expand existing accounts by increasing wallet share and driving service adoption.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate reporting, sales forecasting, and CRM management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7–10 years of experience in growth-focused enterprise sales roles.
- Prior exposure to logistics-tech, mobility, SaaS, or supply chain ecosystem preferred.
- Strong understanding of intra-city and mid-mile logistics business models.
- Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and drive enterprise expansion.
- Skilled in managing key accounts, negotiations, and long-term partnerships.
- Adaptable and comfortable in dynamic, fast-scaling organizations.
