ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Own and drive BD efforts for RPO, Permanent Hiring & Retained Search and Staffing solutions across Hyderabad.
- Identify, pitch, and convert new enterprise accounts especially GCCs, MNCs, and large Indian conglomerates.
- Build & grow a strong pipeline by engaging CXOs, Heads of TA, HR Leaders, Procurement Heads, and Business leaders.
- Lead consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and design suitable solutions.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure feasibility, quality, and scalability of solutions.
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and account penetration targets.
- Represent Peoplefy at client meetings, industry forums, and events.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline.
- Mentor junior BD/Inside Sales teams (if applicable).
PRE-REQUISITES
- 7–12 years of proven sales experience in the Indian recruitment industry.
- Strong track record of selling RPO, Leadership Hiring, Executive Search, Permanent Hiring or Staffing solutions.
- Experience winning business from Global MNCs, GCCs, or large enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of the Hyderabad talent ecosystem.
- Strong commercial acumen proposals, pricing, negotiation
