We’re Hiring: Senior Sales Manager – Test & Measurement / Industrial Automation (NI Solutions)
📍 Location: Bangalore (On-site)

We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Manager with strong expertise in NI (National Instruments) hardware and LabVIEW-based systems to drive business growth across high-impact industries like EV, automotive, electronics, and manufacturing.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with growth objectives
• Drive sales of NI hardware, LabVIEW-based systems & T&M solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries
• Engage with CXOs, engineering leaders & procurement teams
• Lead complete sales cycles: prospecting → negotiation → closure
• Collaborate with internal technical teams for solution design
• Conduct pre-sales activities (demos, presentations, requirement analysis)
• Build long-term client relationships and drive account growth
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting & reporting using CRM tools
• Represent the company at industry events & networking forums
💡 What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering (ECE / EEE / Mechatronics / Instrumentation preferred)
• 8–10 years of B2B technical sales experience (hardware solutions)
• Strong expertise in NI platforms & LabVIEW-based systems
• Deep understanding of T&M and industrial automation
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles
• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Strong network in EV, automotive, electronics, or manufacturing (plus!)
• Self-driven, target-oriented & willing to travel
