Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager, based in Thane. The selected candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and oversee strategies to drive growth. Responsibilities include market research and analysis, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. As a leader, the candidate will also mentor junior team members and contribute to market expansion initiatives, brand visibility, and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Market Research, Market Analysis, and Identifying New Business Opportunities
- Experience with Contract Negotiations, Proposal Writing, and Strategic Planning
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Mentoring Skills
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Abilities
- Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets
- Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or personal care industry will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degrees (MBA) are a plus.
