Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies for hospital growth
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and referral partners
- Increase patient inflow and revenue through effective marketing and outreach activities
- Coordinate branding, promotional campaigns, and community engagement programs
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic healthcare partnerships
- Conduct market analysis and competitor study to improve business performance
- Organize medical camps, corporate tie-ups, and awareness programs
- Prepare business reports, MIS, and revenue analysis for management review
- Collaborate with internal departments for smooth implementation of business initiatives
- Ensure excellent customer relationship management and patient satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Malayalam and English
- Excellent networking and team management abilities
- Good understanding of healthcare marketing and hospital operations
- Ability to achieve revenue and business targets
Qualification:
- MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration preferred
- Relevant healthcare business development experience is mandatory
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidate from hospital or healthcare industry preferred
- Experience in multispeciality hospital business development is an added advantage
- Strong local market knowledge in Kerala preferred
