Requirement1. Understand the ICT services ecosystem with knowledge in key distribution processes
- To be proficient in IT Channel sales with Enterprise back ground to manage System Integrators.
- Relationship with vendors/OEMs and channel partners - specifically in the Compute (Desktop, Laptop) & Print space
- Exposure in Laptop, Desktop, Server , Workstations and all related products and solutions.
- Target driven individual with an ability to execute business development activities. Open to travel.
- Effectively manage and execute transactions.
- Appetite to learn new products & solutions.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities: 1. Align with vendor GTM strategy at a regional level.
- Participate in the execution of demand gen, marketing & channel activities and focus on incremental revenue.
- Responsible for driving sales growth thru channel partners, managing and expanding the distribution network and fostering
strong relationships with Channels.
- Work closely with Product & Regional managers, marketing & business operations to leverage upon the respective functions.
- Build and manage funnel to increase the share of business in the region
- Engage in commercial discussion with vendors & channel partners to close orders favourably
- Pipeline management along with Forecast & planning .
- Achieve set targets in terms of margins, revenue, profitability and other identified KRAs
Experience: Minimum 7-15 years in handling Enterprise Channel sales for any of the laptop / desktop / Server / Workstations etc
Qualification: BE/ B Tech/ BSc /Any degree holder with MBA preferredLocations :- Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Kolkata
CTC range – Open to Negotiate (90:10 breakup)
- Reporting to – Regional Manager ( RM ).
