Job Description: Senior Manager – Corporate Sales & Partnerships

Role Objective
We are looking for a high-energy Corporate Sales Specialist who has a proven track record of opening doors at the C-suite level. Your mission is to position LuxeVenue.ai as the primary tech-partner for corporate offsites, annual galas, product launches, and MICE events. You will be responsible for converting large corporate accounts and managing long-term strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and target Fortune 500 companies, Tech giants, and large Indian conglomerates for their event and venue requirements.
- Consultative Pitching: Conduct high-level presentations to HR Heads, Marketing Directors, and Admin Leads, showcasing Luxe Venue's 3D tech and AI-driven booking ecosystem.
- Revenue Generation: Take ownership of the full sales cycle—from lead generation and site visits to negotiation and final contract closure.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of corporate inquiries for MICE, award ceremonies, and employee engagement events.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the tech team (to showcase portal features) and the Founder’s office to align with the brand’s luxury positioning.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- The Corporate Network: Must have an existing "Rolodex" or network of corporate admins and event decision-makers.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in Corporate Sales within 5-star hotels, Premium Event Agencies, or high-end MICE platforms.
- Communication Master: Impeccable English and Hindi communication skills. You should be able to command a boardroom.
- Tech-Savvy: You don't need to code, but you must be able to explain our 3D walkthroughs and AI features with passion.
- Work Ethic: Comfortable with the fast-paced nature of a startup and the rigor of the luxury event industry (6-day work week).
