Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Hyderabad office. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and sustaining key client relationships, developing strategies to expand market share, and achieving revenue targets. The selected candidate will collaborate with sales and marketing teams, oversee business proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction through strategic engagement and superior service delivery. A results-oriented mindset and strong leadership skills are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic Planning and the ability to execute business growth initiatives effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools, market research, and data analysis
- Leadership and team management experience to guide and motivate teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in the elevator or construction industry is advantageous
