Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and AI-first Business Development Manager to spearhead our
growth. You will own the complete go-to-market strategy for our SAAS product, driving online
promotion, lead generation, sales, and PR. Beyond individual contribution, you will be responsible
for building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing business development team to scale our
footprint in the B2B software market.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven business
development strategy for LogBook360, focusing on SAAS lead generation, conversion, and
revenue growth.
• AI-First Promotion: Design and implement innovative online promotion campaigns using AI-
driven tools for SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and PR.
• Pipeline Management: Generate qualified leads, manage the entire sales pipeline, and close
deals to meet and exceed ambitious quarterly and annual targets.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a business development team. Foster a culture of
innovation, accountability, and high performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success
teams to align strategies, refine messaging, and optimize the customer acquisition journey.
- Market Intelligence: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and
customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine tactics.
• Brand Advocacy: Represent LogBook360 at industry events, webinars, and networking
forums to build brand authority and generate leads.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or marketing within the B2B SAAS
industry.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in driving online promotion, lead generation,
and revenue growth for a software product.
• Leadership: Experience in building and managing a team; excellent coaching and people
management skills.
• AI-Mindset: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing
automation, sales intelligence, chatbots, and analytics.
• Creativity: Ability to devise out-of-the-box campaigns and strategies that cut through the
noise.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with the visitor management, security, or facility management software domain.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and
analytics suites.
• Experience managing PR and media relations.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
