Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager – Business Development to drive institutional and enterprise partnerships. This role demands strong ownership of revenue, consultative selling skills, and the ability to manage long sales cycles across multiple B2B verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B revenue growth across institutional and enterprise partnerships
- Build, manage, and scale long-term key account relationships
- Own the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Identify new growth opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery
- Extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with demonstrated success in B2B
- In-depth working knowledge of the GEM (Government e-Marketplace) portal, including tender participation, documentation, compliance, and order management.
