Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Senior Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue. The Senior Business Development Manager will negotiate contracts, collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions, and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities. The role also involves preparing detailed business plans, proposals, and reports to ensure strategic alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
- Strong market research and analytical skills to identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools for lead management
- Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and project management is a plus
- Role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in design consultancy or related industry is advantageous
