At Eazy ERP, we are on a mission to transform how manufacturing and distribution businesses operate through our AI-powered ERP, DMS & SFA platforms.
We are looking for a result-driven Sr. BDM who can drive enterprise sales, build strong industry relationships, and close high-value deals.
Role Overview:
This role is focused on hunting + closing large enterprise opportunities in the manufacturing ecosystem. You will work closely with CXOs, understand business challenges, and position Eazy’s SaaS solutions as a strategic growth enabler.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own complete sales cycle: Lead → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
- Drive revenue targets (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Acquire new clients in Manufacturing, FMCG, Auto, Electrical, Building Materials, etc.
- Develop relationships with MDs, CEOs, CIOs, Sales Heads
- Lead solution selling for ERP, DMS, SFA & Retail Tech
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions & networking platforms
- Handle commercial discussions (SaaS, licensing, AMC, cloud, integrations)
Must Have:
- 5–10 years in B2B / Enterprise SaaS Sales
- Strong industry connects in manufacturing / distribution sector
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals
- Experience selling SaaS products to manufacturing companies (mandatory)
- Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
Good to Have:
- Exposure to ERP / DMS / SFA platforms
- Experience in consultative / solution-based selling
- Ability to handle multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
