Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role headquartered in Salt Lake City. The individual in this role will lead business development initiatives, identify and secure new opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include preparing and executing sales strategies, identifying market trends, fostering partnerships, managing existing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
Must be able to drive sales from Q1. Must be able to onboard new clients related to web and application development projects.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in identifying business opportunities and developing effective strategies
- Proven ability in market research and analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Experience in developing, delivering, and managing successful client solutions
- Proficiency with CRM tools and business development software
- Ability to work independently, lead teams, and achieve revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in e-commerce or technology sector is a plus
