We are looking for a Senior BDM - Enterprise Sales; with deep experience in BFSI (Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and Fintechs) who has independently driven large-ticket SaaS / technology deals from prospecting to closure. The role demands ownership of the full sales cycle, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving CXOs, Risk, IT, Compliance, and Procurement teams.
The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Enterprise Deal Ownership and Closures:
- Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: discovery, solutioning, demos, commercials, negotiation, and closure (will be supported by Business Head).
- Independently close mid-to-large ticket deals (2 Cr + TCV).
- Drive deals to final stages, including legal, procurement, InfoSec, and commercial negotiations.
BFSI Account Penetration
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs; Heads of Collections, Risk, Operations, IT, Legal, and Compliance.
- Understand BFSI lending, collections, recovery, legal, and compliance workflows.
- Position value-based selling around ROI, operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
Pipeline Generation And Forecasting
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified enterprise pipeline (own sourcing + strategic inbound).
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, deal stage hygiene, and CRM updates.
- Consistently deliver quarterly and annual TCV targets.
Commercials, Negotiation, And Contracting
- Lead pricing discussions, discounting logic, and value justification.
- Close deals while protecting margin and long-term account value.
Requirements
- 6+ years of enterprise sales experience in BFSI technology / SaaS / fintech / lending tech.
- Proven track record of: Independently closing enterprise BFSI deals, Handling long sales cycles (3-9 months).
- Working with banks, NBFCs, HFCs, or large fintechs.
- Experience selling to Collections, Risk, Lending, Legal, or Operations teams is a strong plus.
Skill Set
- Enterprise solution selling and consultative sales.
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Stakeholder and objection management.
- BFSI domain understanding (lending, collections, recovery, compliance).
- CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
