We’re hiring a Business Development Manager at Cranberry.
This is NOT a “just send emails” sales role.
We’re looking for someone who understands how agencies work, can spot business problems, build relationships, pitch strategically, and close deals confidently.
You’ll be working directly with founders, marketing heads, and leadership teams across India, US, Europe & Middle East.
What you’ll be doing:
- Finding and qualifying leads that fit our ICP
- Researching companies and identifying gaps in their branding, website, SEO, performance marketing, or automation
- Writing cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up sequences
- Cold calling prospects in US & European markets
- Setting up meetings and running discovery calls
- Pitching services confidently and handling objections
- Preparing proposals and coordinating with internal teams
- Following up consistently until closure
- Managing long-term nurture pipelines
- Scouting and responding to RFPs / RFQs / enterprise opportunities
We’d strongly prefer someone who has worked in:
- A digital agency
- Web/software development company
- Branding/performance marketing agency
- IT services or tech consulting environment
Bonus if you:
- Have experience with enterprise sales cycles
- Have filled RFPs/RFQs before
- Understand websites, SEO, branding, or performance marketing
- Can think commercially instead of just “doing sales activity”
Tools you may use:
LinkedIn, Apollo, Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email outreach tools, Google Workspace, proposal decks, AI tools, etc.
This role is for someone who:
- Can communicate confidently
- Follows up without being reminded
- Can think strategically during sales conversations
- Understands business problems, not just services
- Wants to grow into a revenue-driving role
Location: Pune (in-office role)
Experience: Agency/tech sales background preferred
