We are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Head to drive B2B growth in the Hospital & Healthcare Sector across South India.
The role focuses on acquiring hospitals and healthcare institutions for our Management Consulting, Audit, Taxation, and Corporate Finance services.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Lead B2B sales initiatives targeting hospital & healthcare sectors
Drive client acquisition and close high-value consulting deals
Build strong industry networks across South India
Lead and manage the business development team
Develop strategic growth plans for market expansion
✅ Requirements
7–8+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Hospital/Healthcare sector mandatory)
Strong B2B deal closure experience
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Team handling experience
Willingness to travel across South India
