Client Acquisition Partner — Staffing & Recruitment

Role Overview
We are hiring a results-driven Client Acquisition Partner to build and grow client relationships across the USA and European markets for our staffing and recruitment services. This role combines business development, consultative selling, and market intelligence to win new accounts and deliver high-quality placements. The position is fully remote from India and requires strong cross-border sales experience, excellent communication, and a proven track record in recruitment or B2B services.
Key Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close new corporate clients across the USA and Europe.
- Consultative Selling: Lead discovery calls, map hiring needs, position our staffing solutions, and negotiate commercial terms.
- First-Placement Ownership: Drive the end-to-end process for the first placement with each new client, coordinating with delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM, track opportunities, and forecast revenue.
- Market Research: Monitor hiring trends, competitor activity, and salary benchmarks in target industries and regions.
- Relationship Management: Develop long-term client relationships to convert one-time engagements into recurring partnerships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment delivery, sourcing, and operations teams to ensure candidate quality and timely placements.
- Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports, KPIs, and insights to leadership.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 7 to 10 years in staffing, recruitment sales, or B2B enterprise sales with demonstrable success in the USA and/or European markets.
- Sales Track Record: Proven ability to close new clients and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hiring processes, role families, and compensation norms across tech, finance, and professional services.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills for client-facing calls and proposals.
- Negotiation: Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills.
- Tools: Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ATS platforms, and standard office tools.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work flexible hours to align with US and European time zones.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Compensation and Incentives
- Onboarding Commission: The first successful placement will be rewarded with 40% commission of the placement fee.
- Ongoing Pay Structure: After the first placement with a client, the role transitions to a competitive base salary plus a structured commission and incentive plan tied to placements, revenue targets, and client retention.
- Additional Benefits: Performance bonuses, remote work allowance, paid time off, and professional development support.
- Performance Metrics: Quota attainment, number of new clients onboarded, placement conversion rate, time-to-fill, and client satisfaction.
