Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bhubaneswar and Guwahati. The Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, fostering relationships with customers and clients, implementing effective sales management strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service. They will also provide training to team members and clientele, ensuring a deep understanding of products and services offered.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication, including excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to present and provide engaging Training sessions to diverse teams and clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the financial or credit ratings industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
