BHMR Studios is a premium, remote-first global design and development studio. We work with founders and growing teams to build strong digital products across web, app, and product design.
Right now, we’re focused on one thing. Closing the right clients and building long-term partnerships.
The role
You bring in clients. You close deals. You drive revenue for the studio.
No fixed salary. Commission-first. Remote. Performance-driven.
What you’ll be doing
→ Finding and reaching out to high-intent clients
→ Running conversations and discovery calls
→ Closing deals and managing handoff
→ Driving consistent monthly revenue
Compensation
→ 10% commission on every deal closed
→ Additional 2% uplift once you cross $15,000/month
→ Monthly commission typically starts at $1,100 USD and scales from there.
→ No cap on earnings
Growth path
Here’s what this looks like in practice:
→ Hit revenue targets for 2 consecutive months, move into a full-time role (₹35,000/month + commission)
→ Sustain revenue targets and show leadership, step into Director of Business Development (₹60,000/month + commission) by January 2027
Tools & setup
→ First month works as a pilot phase
→ You’ll use your own tools during this period
→ Once you start closing deals consistently, we step in with paid tools from month two
