Role Description
The Senior Business Development Manager will strategize, lead, and execute initiatives to grow the business and expand market presence. Responsibilities include identifying and nurturing business opportunities, developing relationships with clients and partners, crafting proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves analyzing market trends, setting revenue goals, and collaborating cross-functionally to align efforts with organizational objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales: Strong expertise in business strategy, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.
- Marketing and Advertising: Knowledge of digital marketing, mobile advertising, and market research to identify and seize new growth opportunities.
- Communication and Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and maintain professional relationships.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead teams, inspire colleagues, and manage cross-departmental partnerships to achieve objectives.
- Additional Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in a senior business development or sales management role. Familiarity with IT/ITES, VAS, or OTT industries is a strong advantage.
