Role Description
Type: Full-time role
Job Location: Thane/ Andheri
Exp: 2- 4 years
Working Days: Monday to Friday and odd Saturdays
Role
- Acquisition of new business and work towards developing markets and segments.
- Achieving Revenue targets and Profitability as per the business plan.
- Candidate should have strong relationships and experience in BFSI segment.
- Co-ordinating with Top Management of different verticals for smooth execution of strategy.
- Client Relationship Management – track record of handling large clients relationships.
- Candidate should have capability to develop a business plan and executing the same.
- Implementation and tracking of strategic plans and agenda of the organization pertaining to ESG Advisory and Industry Research segments.
Skills
- Highly proactive and Self – motivated
- Strictly only from BFSI Domain
- Client/Relationship Management
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines situations
- Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Confident & Team Player
Education Qualification
- MBA / PGDM or equivalent with relevant experience
