*Job Summary*
We are hiring a *Senior Business Development Executive* with 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or IT Services. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — for our SEO, Google Ads, SMM, and Website services. Target: India, US, UK, Australia markets.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Lead Generation*: Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, Email, Upwork, cold calling & references
- *Client Acquisition*: Pitch SEO/Digital Marketing services, understand client requirements, send proposals, and close deals
- *Account Management*: Upsell & cross-sell to existing clients. Maintain relationships for renewals & referrals
- *Pipeline Management*: Maintain CRM, track leads, follow-ups, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- *Market Research*: Analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and identify new service opportunities
- *Coordination*: Work closely with SEO/Operations team for scope clarity, client onboarding, and smooth delivery
- *Reporting*: Share weekly sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and market feedback with management
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
- *Experience*: 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably selling SEO, PPC, Web Design, or IT services
- *Knowledge*: Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Local SEO, GMB
- *Tools*: Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, CRM like Zoho/HubSpot, Google Workspace
- *Communication*: Excellent English – written & spoken. Confident on client calls/Zoom meetings with overseas clients
- *Sales Skills*: Proven track record of achieving targets, negotiation, proposal writing, and objection handling
- *Education*: Any graduate. MBA in Marketing is a plus
Work Location: Ashok Nagar, Chennai.
