Senior Business Development Manager (Agency Growth Role)
📍 Location: Saket, Delhi (Hybrid)
💼 Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday – Work from Office
- Friday & Saturday – Work from Home (2nd Saturday off)
- ⏰ Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- 💰 Salary: ₹8–15 LPA + Performance Incentives
About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for a fast-scaling PR & Influencer Marketing Agency.
The role involves building and closing high-value partnerships across industries such as Real Estate, AlcoBev, F&B, and Lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end business development lifecycle: Lead Generation → Pitching → Closure
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of brands across key sectors
- Identify and convert opportunities in PR campaigns, influencer marketing, and on-ground activations
- Develop customized, strategic proposals aligned with client objectives
- Lead client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Collaborate with internal teams (PR, influencer, content) for seamless execution
- Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–6+ years of experience in Business Development within PR / Influencer Marketing / Advertising / Media Agencies (Mandatory)
- Strong network with brand managers / marketing teams (especially in F&B, Real Estate, AlcoBev)
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach

- Monthly revenue closed

- Client retention & repeat business
- Growth in average deal size
