Saltstayz is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager – Hospitality to drive our growth across key markets.
We’re specifically looking for professionals with 7–9 years of experience in the hospitality industry who understand the market, know how to build strong business relationships, and can identify and convert new growth opportunities.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Drive business development and revenue growth in the assigned market
• Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and other hospitality stakeholders
• Develop new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships
• Manage and grow key accounts
• Understand local market trends, competition, and business opportunities
• Work closely with the sales, revenue, and operations teams to achieve business targets
• Build a strong network within the hospitality ecosystem
What we’re looking for:
• 7–9 years of relevant hospitality industry experience
• Strong business development / sales experience within hospitality
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong understanding of the local hospitality and corporate market
• Proven track record of achieving business and revenue targets
• Ability to work independently and drive market-level growth
