Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Business Development professional with 12+ years of experience in BPO/ITeS sales, specializing in Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) and Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO). The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in acquiring and managing large enterprise clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales for BPO services, with a focus on FAO and HRO offerings
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across BFSI, Manufacturing, and Healthcare sectors
- Build and manage a strong pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets
- Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and offer tailored outsourcing solutions
- Lead RFP/RFI responses, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and deal closures
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery teams for effective proposal development
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in BPO/ITeS services sales (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in FAO (Finance & Accounting Outsourcing) and HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing)
- Proven experience in selling across multiple verticals (BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of outsourcing models, pricing, and delivery frameworks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
