Senior Business Development Manager – Admissions, Upskilling & Placements
Location: SNS Institutions, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Job Overview
As an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager he will lead admissions growth ,and placement initiatives for our student base of over 15,000. This role requires expertise in sales strategy, educational product upselling, and forging strong industry connections to secure high-value placements for students.
Key Objectives
1. Achieve targeted monthly and yearly revenue through admissions with a target of 500 per month via upselling (or) 5 crore per month sales target.
2. Facilitate high-value student placements, with a target of securing 1000 students in ₹10 LPA+ packages annually.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Admissions & Sales
● Drive external sales through digital marketing, partnerships, and direct outreach.
● Upsell specialized certification and training programs to existing students. ( Value of 50k - 2L)
● Engage with a base of 15,000 students to identify prospects for admissions and upskilling programs.
● Collaborate with the Career Guidance Cell (CGC) team to reach 500 student conversions per month (or) 5 Cr per month revenue.
2. Placement & Career Advancement
● Build and maintain corporate partnerships to facilitate ₹10 LPA+ job offers.
● Develop pay-after-placement models to enhance student affordability and extra 2L upskilling courses
● Monitor student progress and ensure readiness for interviews and internships.
● Target 1000 confirmed high-value placements annually
3. Performance Management
● Start delivering admissions from Day 1 of joining.
● Deliver placement results starting from the 3rd month onwards.
● Track and report sales and placement metrics to leadership on a weekly basis.
