We serve clients primarily across the United States and are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive to help convert qualified opportunities into long-term client relationships.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT Services Sales and Digital Marketing Sales.
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional English communication skills, strong presentation capabilities, consultative selling experience, and the ability to independently engage, nurture, and close opportunities with US-based clients.
This is a client-facing role where you will represent RoundTechSquare during discovery calls, solution discussions, proposal presentations, and follow-up meetings. You will be expected to understand our service offerings thoroughly and confidently communicate business value to prospective clients.
The selected candidate will work directly with the founders and senior leadership team of RoundTechSquare and will be expected to operate with a high level of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.

We are looking for a motivated professional who can start contributing immediately and work closely with the founders and leadership team to support the company's ongoing growth initiatives.
Reporting Structure
- Directly report to the Founders and Senior Management Team.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on sales strategy, proposal development, and client engagement.
- Participate in regular pipeline reviews and business growth initiatives.
- Act as a trusted representative of the company during client interactions.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Manage and respond to inbound leads generated through:
- Meta Advertising Campaigns
- Google Advertising Campaigns
- Cold Email Marketing
- LinkedIn Outreach
- Website Inquiries
- Referral Channels
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls with prospective clients.
- Understand business requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and opportunities.
- Drive opportunities from initial inquiry through proposal and closure.
Solution Consulting
- Present and explain RoundTechSquare's services including:
- Website Development
- Mobile App Development
- Custom Software Development
- AI & Automation Solutions
- Digital Marketing Services
- SEO, AEO & GEO Services
- Paid Advertising Services
- CRM & Workflow Automation
- Communicate confidently with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
- Recommend solutions based on client goals and business challenges.
- Demonstrate strong consultative selling skills.
Proposal & Client Communication
- Prepare proposals, quotations, scope documents, and presentations.
- Send timely and professional follow-up emails after meetings.
- Maintain organized records of discussions, requirements, and next steps.
- Coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams when required.
- Ensure professional communication across all client touchpoints.
AI & Sales Automation
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve productivity and response times.
- Manage email follow-up sequences and lead nurturing activities.
- Support CRM updates and automation workflows.
- Leverage technology to improve conversion rates and client engagement.
Meeting & Presentation Management
- Conduct professional video meetings with US-based prospects and clients.
- Maintain a professional on-camera presence during meetings.
- Ensure meetings are documented, recorded, and followed up appropriately.
- Represent the company with confidence, professionalism, and credibility.
Required QualificationsMust Have
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Services Sales, Technology Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Proven experience working with US-based clients.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong sales closing and negotiation abilities.
- Experience handling client meetings independently.
- Ability to understand technical and business requirements.
- Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Comfortable working during US Pacific Time business hours.
Highly Preferred
- Experience working for an IT Services, Software Development, Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI Solutions, or Digital Marketing company.
- Experience as an Independent Contributor responsible for achieving individual sales targets.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Exposure to CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and AI productivity tools.
- Experience selling high-value technology and digital transformation services.
