*Job Summary*
We are hiring a *Senior BDE* with *5-7 years of experience* in ELV / Building Automation sales to drive business for CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, BMS, Networking, and IBMS solutions. You will own the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to order closure – for commercial, residential, and industrial projects across Bangalore.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *New Business Development*: Identify and develop opportunities with Builders, PMC, Architects, MEP Consultants, and End Clients for ELV projects
- *Client Engagement*: Conduct technical presentations, site surveys, and solution demos. Understand client BOQ, tender specs, and propose system architecture
- *Bid & Proposal Management*: Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and quotes. Coordinate with design/estimation team for pricing and technical compliance
- *Sales Closure*: Negotiate terms, handle objections, close orders, and achieve quarterly revenue targets of ₹25L – ₹40L
- *Key Account Management*: Build relationships with top developers, IT parks, hospitals, and hotels. Generate repeat business and annual maintenance contracts
- *Channel Management*: Appoint and manage System Integrators/Sub-contractors. Drive sales through channel partners across Karnataka
- *Market Intelligence*: Track competitor activities, pricing, and upcoming projects. Share market feedback to management for product/strategy decisions
- *CRM & Reporting*: Maintain pipeline in CRM/Zoho, update weekly forecasts, and submit order booking & collection reports
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
- *Experience*: 5-7 years in ELV/Security/Building Automation sales. *Must have handled projects worth 50L+ independently*
- *Product Knowledge*: Strong technical understanding of CCTV, ACS, FAS, PA, Data Networking, BMS, and IBMS. Knowledge of brands like Honeywell, Bosch, Hikvision, Siemens, Schneider is key
- *Network*: Existing relationships with architects, MEP consultants, and builders in Bangalore is a major advantage
- *Skills*: Tender participation, technical negotiation, solution selling, and C-level engagement
- *Education*: B.E/B.Tech/Electronics/Electrical/Diploma. MBA preferred
- *Tools*: MS Office, CRM, AutoCAD for layout reading
- *Other*: Two-wheeler mandatory. Willing to travel extensively across Bangalore. Target-driven with excellent communication
