Job description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with strong outreach capabilities and relevant industry experience to drive B2B sales for Creaitify’s eLearning and content development services. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, solution positioning, and closing deals across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, Apollo, calls, and other channels
- Identify and engage decision-makers across EdTech, BFSI, NGOs, CSR, enterprises, and publishers
- Understand client requirements and align them with Creaitify’s learning and content solutions
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and SOWs in coordination with internal teams
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets
- Drive account growth through long-term client relationships
- Coordinate smooth project handovers with delivery and production teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Prior experience in eLearning, EdTech, content development, or SaaS services
- Strong hands-on experience in cold outreach and lead generation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and sell complex service-based solutions
- Experience working with global clients is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
