Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive for Gujarat & Maharashtra region. The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts to drive revenue growth. This role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams to create strategic partnerships, presenting tailored business solutions, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. The candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding XYMA Analytics' market presence and supporting business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in market research, sales forecasting, and crafting compelling proposals
- Ability to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and align them with organizational goals
- Experience in B2B sales in industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, or energy is a plus
- Familiarity with technology-driven solutions and an understanding of industrial IoT and AI is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
