Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development professional to build customer relationships and drive revenue growth. The role requires strong communication skills, sales confidence, and the ability to convert prospects into customers in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with inbound and outbound leads
• Present product value and convert prospects
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure
• Follow up consistently to improve conversions
Requirements:
• 1+ Years of experience in sales/business development (EdTech preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
