Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EMS sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, clients, and key stakeholders.
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and drive end-to-end sales activities.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure customer
satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of EMS / electronics manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle B2B sales and customer relationship management.
Good understanding of PCB assembly, box build, and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Self-driven and target-oriented professional.
Strong networking and client acquisition capabilities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
