Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Senior Business Development Executive. The individual in this role will drive new business development by identifying and securing opportunities, overseeing lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and managing key accounts. The candidate will develop strategic growth initiatives and work closely with various teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. The position requires a proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented attitude to achieve business objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong background in Business Strategy and Account Management
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in building client relationships, handling negotiations, and closing deals
- Ability to analyze business trends, identify growth opportunities, and maintain a data-driven approach
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
