Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Gurugram for the role of Senior Business Development Executive. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include strategic account management, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and achieving organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management and fostering client relationships
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Business processes and strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets and KPIs
- Experience in education or career services industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
