Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sr. Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential clients using the existing database.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to management
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales in a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
