Location: Beaumonde Co-Op Housing Society, Sunder Nagar Road, Mandlik Nagar, Malad West, Mumbai
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Mandatory)
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA (Fixed) + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation and identify B2B business opportunities across luxury weddings, events, hospitality, corporates, and social events
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value leads
- Consistently convert leads into revenue on a monthly basis
- Re-engage past clients and build long-term strategic relationships
- Pitch, negotiate, and close high-ticket deals with HNI clients
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, partnerships, and industry events
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B Sales / Business Development (Luxury Weddings, Events, or Hospitality – Mandatory)
- Strong track record of closing high-value deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to engage and manage luxury & HNI clientele
- Proactive, creative, and result-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel and engage in fieldwork as required
