Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong focus on bidding and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, handling client communication, and driving revenue growth through online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain records using CRM tools and track performance metrics
Location: Mohali/Noida
Shift: Rotational Shift
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Business Development / Bidding
- Strong expertise in Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Experience in handling international clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
