Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Role Objective
The Senior Business Development Executive will manage the complete sales lifecycle — from lead handling to project closure - while collaborating closely with the design and execution teams to deliver a seamless and professional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert leads for residential interior design projects.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Present design solutions, proposals, and project estimates to clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and drive closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Track sales activities and update CRM records regularly.
- Identify opportunities for business growth through referrals and networking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2C sales, client acquisition, or business development, preferably in real estate, retail, home improvement, consumer durables, hospitality, interiors, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
