Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹35,000 + Monthly Incentives (for candidates with prior experience in Inside Sales)
Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Monthly Incentives

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Relationship Manager to join Our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and driving business growth by offering relevant financial products and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquire new customers through outbound calls and client interactions
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant products and services
- Upsell and cross-sell premium offerings to existing customers
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Provide guidance related to stock and commodity markets
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Candidates must be proficient in any one of the following languages: Hindi / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam
- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
