Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic director-level results driven Senior Business Development Executive to lead our growth initiatives and expand our presence in the market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, understands the nuances of enterprise and midmarket sales, and can build strong client relationships from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Sales
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
- Develop and execute a structured sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
Expertise in selling offerings like
- Digital Transformation: Modernization
- Cloud Migration: Azure, AWS, GCP
- Data and AI
- ERPs (SAP, Dynamics, Open Source)
- Mobile Apps
- Managed Services (Application and Infrastructure)
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and align them with our solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights to refine our go-to market strategy.
- Provide feedback to product and leadership teams to support solution enhancements and new offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity reports.
- Contribute to brand positioning and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (startup or IT/tech industry preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing enterprise or midmarket deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technology solutions and articulate value propositions clearly.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a high ownership startup environment.
