Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Senior Business Development Executive. The role includes strategizing and implementing new business development initiatives, identifying and generating leads, building strong client relationships, and managing key accounts. The Senior Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in achieving business growth, expanding market presence, and maintaining long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do
● Sales Prospecting - Generate and convert qualified leads via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp & cold calling.
● Product Pitching - Pitch B2B contact lists to marketing agencies, SaaS companies , exporters, and enterprise clients.
● Client Needs Analysis- Understand client pain points and offer customized database
solutions.
● Revenue Generation-Achieve monthly revenue targets of 7-10 deal closures
● Performance Reporting-Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and prepare weekly reports ● Client Relationship Management-Build long-term relationships to unlock recurring revenue deals
● Process Compliance – To manage task & trackers under organization SOPs.
What You’ll Bring
● Minimum 1 year of experience in dealing with US and European clients.
● Excellent communication skill, high confidence level along with a growth mindset. ● Has own strong sources of client onboarding/Lead generation.
● Have sold to marketing heads, CXOs, or agencies.
● Expert in client retention, Price negotiation and objection handling.
