Role Description
Connect with potential students via calls, WhatsApp, and leads
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses/programs
Deliver effective sales pitches and counselling sessions
Handle the complete admission/sales cycle (lead to closure)
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into enrollments
Maintain proper records in CRM
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business strategy and driving revenue growth
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in Account Management and fostering client relationships
- Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills
