Role Description

Lead outbound prospecting and high-impact lead generation to drive revenue growth for Jobin & Jismi's sales pipeline. As a senior contributor, own end-to-end BD strategies, mentor junior team members, qualify complex enterprise leads using advanced frameworks, and close strategic opportunities while exceeding ambitious targets in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead outbound telemarketing, prospecting, and high-volume lead generation targeting enterprise clients, achieving or surpassing monthly/quarterly targets for leads, meetings, and pipeline value.
  • Apply advanced sales qualification frameworks like BANT and MEDDIC to rigorously qualify prospects, focusing on high-value deals with metrics-driven insights and economic buyer alignment.
  • Articulate Jobin & Jismi's value proposition compellingly to C-suite executives, translating complex customer pains into multimillion-rupee opportunities.
  • Design and execute multi-channel follow-up strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to nurture leads, build long-term relationships, and accelerate prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine outreach tactics, A/B test campaigns, and boost conversion rates by 20%+ quarter-over-quarter.
  • Mentor and coach junior BD executives on qualification techniques, objection handling, and pipeline management to elevate team performance.
  • Own database hygiene, segmentation, and enrichment in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot); generate insightful daily/weekly/monthly reports on KPIs like call volume, lead quality, win rates, and revenue attribution.
  • Identify market trends, competitive intelligence, and new verticals (e.g., IT infrastructure, HR tech) to expand prospect pools and support strategic account planning.
  • Participate in deal strategy for large pursuits, including proposal support and negotiation handoffs to closers.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with data privacy (GDPR/DPDP) and accurate documentation of all interactions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2B telesales, outbound prospecting, or business development, with 2+ years in a senior/lead role driving ₹5Cr+ annual pipeline in IT/services.
  • Expertise in BANT, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks; proven track record of qualifying and converting enterprise leads (e.g., 50+ qualified meetings/month).
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders; ability to uncover needs, build rapport, and influence decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce etc), Microsoft 365 (Excel for reporting, Outlook), and sales enablement platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset for metrics tracking, forecasting, and strategy optimization; experience with lead scoring and automation.
  • Self-starter with resilience in high-pressure settings; history of exceeding quotas (e.g., 120%+ attainment).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite or ERP solutions is an added advantage
