🚀 Hiring: Senior Business Development Executive – B2B SaaS / ERP Solutions
📍 Location: Chennai
💼 Experience: 4–6 Years
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with strong B2B enterprise sales experience to drive new business opportunities and client acquisition in the ERP / Industrial SaaS / Enterprise Software solutions space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities with enterprise and industrial clients
• Drive B2B sales for solutions such as SAP, ERP, CMMS, EAM, Industrial SaaS, and OT-IT platforms
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
• Engage with CXO / senior decision-makers to understand business needs and present solution value
• Build ROI-driven business cases and solution proposals for enterprise customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with large enterprise accounts and key stakeholders
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful solution positioning and deal execution
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales or Business Development
• Experience selling ERP, SAP, SaaS, CMMS, EAM, or other enterprise/industrial software solutions
• Strong solution selling and consultative sales skills
• Experience working with enterprise clients and senior leadership stakeholders
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and high-value deals
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales
