Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The counselor will engage with prospective students to guide them through the admissions process while providing accurate program and university details. Responsibilities include offering personalized consultations, assisting with career guidance, addressing inquiries, and supporting seamless enrollment in distance education programs. The goal is to ensure a positive and supportive experience throughout the admission journey.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively connect with diverse candidates and stakeholders
- Proven expertise in Customer Service to provide a high-quality experience at all stages of the admissions process
- Sales skills to effectively promote programs and ensure successful enrollments
- Background in Education or academic admissions is a plus
- Ability to work independently while maintaining the standards and goals of the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
